this morning I had a rather large chicken Italian sausage link, then another fir lunch.
I had an apple with breakfast, mushrooms and celery.
For lunch carbs I have had cucumber, an orange pepper, spaghetti squash.
I have been pounding peppermint tea and lite coconut milk, like it is going out of style. And I highly recommend the movie “Food Matters” which can be netflixed or watched on youtube. Sadly, they don’t talk too much about paleo stuff but I found the case for increasing health and nutrients to be a slam dunk. I think insane amounts of varied vegetables is a good thing.
