this morning I had a rather large chicken Italian sausage link, then another fir lunch.
I had an apple with breakfast, mushrooms and celery.
For lunch carbs I have had cucumber, an orange pepper, spaghetti squash.
I have been pounding peppermint tea and lite coconut milk, like it is going out of style. And I highly recommend the movie “Food Matters” which can be netflixed or watched...
Eggs bacon tomato and pear for breakfast today
rest of breakfast was a fruit and water smoothie.
beginning lunch is chicken…more later.
ok i had Greek yogurt w/cherries before my yoga class

then a smoked salmon arugula salad some shrimp with avocado and curry sauce for dinner
leftover salad (my friend had same salad that I ate half of after working my Bikram shift
1 Kind Almond coconut bar. probably gonna watch a movie then it is goodnight!
Snack: banana with almond butter
Today 10/2:
breakfast:
small mocha, leftover beef pho, apple.
Lunch:
4 blocks carnitas
vegan carrot cookie
Workout: 1 class bikram yoga
Dinner: cheese burger (no bun), bbq corn on the cob, popcorn. yeesh.
