Note on paleo bread: do not, as the man said: do not make things that mimic shit food…it tastes really good and if you are like me you will not be able to control the amount you put in your face. Lesson learned.

this morning I had a rather large chicken Italian sausage link, then another fir lunch.
I had an apple with breakfast, mushrooms and celery.
For lunch carbs I have had cucumber, an orange pepper, spaghetti squash.
I have been pounding peppermint tea and lite coconut milk, like it is going out of style. And I highly recommend the movie “Food Matters” which can be netflixed or watched...
